Abstract
Members of the staff of the Center for Counseling and Human Development were led in an evaluation of staff cohesiveness and an examination of the impact which the present level of "groupness" had, not only on their individual ministries, but also on the mission of the Center. The goal of the project was to foster an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect which would allow us to work together as a Christian community, nurturing and supporting each other as individuals and as a Center.
